Crewe is a railway town with deep roots, and the streets out toward Hightown, Wistaston and Shavington have a steady population of older terriers and long-resident cats. Many of the families we visit have been in the same house since the works were still the largest employer, and the idea of taking a frail dog or cat to a clinic is often more than they want to put them through. We cover Crewe across the CW postcodes, including Wistaston, Shavington, Haslington, Coppenhall and Willaston, and we travel out to Nantwich, Audlem, Wrenbury and the villages of south Cheshire along the A530 and A51. Our vets are RCVS-registered and bring sedation as standard, so your pet is settled before anything else takes place. The visit is unhurried, typically around an hour, and we will adapt it to fit the home, a quiet corner of the lounge, the kitchen floor on a favourite blanket, or the back garden if the day is mild. Cremation is arranged through a Cheshire crematorium we have worked with for some time, with private or communal options. Ashes come back if you have asked for them, usually within 48 hours. Costs are explained on the booking call and stay the same on the day.
