About us
Helping you say goodbye, your way.
Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest decisions a family can face. Our mission is to make that moment as peaceful, dignified, and compassionate as possible.
Our RCVS-registered vets visit your home, so your pet can remain in a calm and familiar place, surrounded by the people who love them. We also coordinate aftercare with trusted local providers and offer thoughtful follow-up support, so families feel gently guided throughout.

The team
The people behind every visit.
A small team running the service end to end. RCVS-qualified vets carry out the home visits; the rest of us are here to make sure every call, booking and follow-up runs calmly.

What we believe
How things end matters. The quality of a goodbye stays with the family long after the visit, and we think the way we do this in the UK can be better. Calmer, more local, more honest about cost, more attentive to what comes after.
How we work
With one phone call, we can gently guide you through everything that needs to happen. Our vets visit at a time that works for your family, in the room or space where your pet feels most settled. We bring everything needed for a calm and peaceful goodbye, giving you the time and privacy you need.
Most families ask us to arrange the full aftercare too, including collection of your beloved pet, individual cremation through a trusted crematorium partner, and the return of their ashes. We take care of those arrangements for you, and can also share grief support resources afterwards if they would help.
Working with veterinary practices
We partner with veterinary practices across the UK who want to offer their clients an at-home option without taking it on themselves. If you run a practice and would like to know more, please get in touch at hello@vetsathome.com.
