Most visits across Chorley and the surrounding area are booked same-day, often within a couple of hours. Pre-planned visits for a specific day and time are also available. For urgent, out-of-hours situations the local number is answered from 8am to 8pm.
Your vet arrives, introduces themselves quietly, and takes a few minutes to explain what will happen. We co-ordinate everything. You can choose individual cremation (ashes returned to you), communal cremation (no ashes returned), or home burial if that is what you prefer. No pressure, just the options explained clearly.
We work to whatever timescale suits the family rather than to a fixed arrival window. When you phone us, we usually have a vet confirmed for you within around twenty minutes, and then the visit is booked for the time you have asked for, whether that is later the same day, this evening, or a quieter morning slot. If you would like someone as soon as possible, say so on the call and we will tell you the earliest we can be there.
