Clinical care brings expertise, safety and solutions. At the end of a pet's life, what matters more is comfort, calm and dignity.
We come to you. In your home, on your sofa, in the garden, wherever your pet is most at peace. The whole visit happens at home, in your pet's own time.
Our promise to Camden families is simple: clear standards, honest pricing, and the time and space to say goodbye properly.
Every visit follows the same gentle process, delivered by an RCVS-qualified vet.
You know exactly what to expect at every stage, including aftercare and cremation.
Real prices shown by pet size. No call-out charges and no surprises.
We allow as long as your family needs. This is never rushed.

Camden runs from the green slopes of Hampstead Heath down through Belsize Park, Kentish Town and Camden Town into Bloomsbury, and the homes we visit reflect every layer of that span. A Primrose Hill house off Regent's Park Road has its own kind of older lurcher; a flat above the shops on Kentish Town Road has a long-resident sitting-room cat. The whippets we are asked to see have often walked Hampstead Heath every morning for ten years; the spaniels know Regent's Park inside out. By the time families ring, the prospect of carrying a frail pet down two flights of stairs and into a taxi for a clinic appointment is more than most of them want to put either themselves or the pet through. We cover the borough end to end, including Primrose Hill, Belsize Park, Hampstead, South End Green, Gospel Oak, Kentish Town, Tufnell Park, Camden Town, Chalk Farm, Kilburn, West Hampstead, Swiss Cottage and Bloomsbury. Our vets are RCVS-registered and used to working in mansion blocks, garden flats, mews houses and walk-up maisonettes alike. Sedation is the first step so your pet is asleep before anything else, and the appointment is unhurried. Stairs, parking and entryphones are normal for us; we will agree practicalities on the call. Cremation is arranged through a London partner, with private and communal options. The number on this page is the London line, answered by a person who books our local vets for Camden home visits.
Areas we visit
Not sure if we cover your village? Phone the local number and we will let you know.
Three steps. We handle everything around the clinical care so your family can focus on being there.
Speak to a calm, experienced team member on the local number, or message on WhatsApp. We help you plan timing and answer any questions before anything is booked.
An RCVS-qualified vet arrives at the agreed time, explains gently what will happen, gives a sedative first, and takes as long as your family needs.
If you have chosen cremation, we co-ordinate everything with a trusted partner. Ashes returned, or communal cremation if you prefer.
Honest, transparent pricing
Fair care means fair pricing. Here is exactly what a home visit costs in Camden. Out-of-hours covers evenings, nights and early mornings, and any time at weekends or on bank holidays. Only one of these is ever added.
Travel is a flat £39 however far we travel, so there is never any extra mileage to work out.
These fees are for the at-home euthanasia appointment only and do not include cremation or aftercare. We can arrange cremation and aftercare for you if you wish, and we will provide a clear quote for those services before you book, so you know the full cost before confirming the appointment.

One of the hardest questions any family faces. Our free Quality of Life Assessment walks you through the signs vets look for, mobility, appetite, comfort, interest in surroundings. You are also welcome to phone and talk it through. There is no pressure either way.
Most visits across Camden and the surrounding area are booked same-day, often within a couple of hours. Pre-planned visits for a specific day and time are also available. For urgent, out-of-hours situations the local number is answered from 8am to 8pm.
Your vet arrives, introduces themselves quietly, and takes a few minutes to explain what will happen. They give your pet a gentle sedative first, so they become relaxed and sleepy, usually resting in your arms or on their bed. Only then is the final injection given, and your pet slips away peacefully. We never rush this.
Out-of-hours and same-day visits carry a small surcharge (£70 each, or £89 combined, and £100 overnight). The visit fee itself is the same regardless of day or time.
Yes, if you would like. Many families find it helpful to say goodbye together. We take your lead on who is present and make sure everyone feels comfortable, including other pets in the household.
We co-ordinate everything. You can choose individual cremation (ashes returned to you), communal cremation (no ashes returned), or home burial if that is what you prefer. No pressure, just the options explained clearly.
We work to whatever timescale suits the family rather than to a fixed arrival window. When you phone us, we usually have a vet confirmed for you within around twenty minutes, and then the visit is booked for the time you have asked for, whether that is later the same day, this evening, or a quieter morning slot. If you would like someone as soon as possible, say so on the call and we will tell you the earliest we can be there.
Yes, Primrose Hill sits within our Camden cover area and we visit there regularly. If you are right on the edge of where the Camden team reaches, please phone the local number first to confirm. Most postcodes around Camden are covered without a travel surcharge, and we will be straight with you if a different local team would actually get to you faster.
