Mike co-founded Vets at Home with Jennie Johnson and leads our operations. His background spans operations roles at Apple and Nike, and he brings that systems-and-process discipline to the work of making the service reliable and unhurried for every family. He owns the booking, dispatch, payment and aftercare loops behind the scenes so the visiting vets can focus on the moment.
